Yes! There is a gravel lot located right across the street from the venue! Handicap parking is also available.

Unless your invitation specifically mentions a plus one, we kindly ask that you fly solo for this event. We’d love to include everyone, but our venue has a strict headcount (and let’s be honest, we barely understand it ourselves). If you’re unsure, just reach out—we promise not to bite.

Dress like you’re going to a fun party where you might be photographed but definitely won’t be hunting deer. Somewhere between casual and cocktail—no gowns or tuxes needed, but please leave the dirty jeans and camo in the closet (or the tree stand). Mostly indoors, so you’ll stay warm and cozy. But there’s a heated deck that’ll be open during cocktail hour for those who want a little fresh air or river view. Yes, it’s Instagrammable.

Once the ceremony begins, we’ll close the doors to keep the moment intimate. We’ll be saying “I do” at Trailside Landing in Connellsville, PA, a beautiful spot by the river with major cozy-romantic vibes. Both the ceremony and reception are at the same location, so no need to map out a mid-day venue dash. Less driving, more dancing.

Yes, if your invitation includes them! Bring the little cuties—we love them and can’t wait to see their dance moves. Just be aware: they may leave with extra cookies and a new favorite song.

The deadline is September 28, 2026. Please RSVP by then so we can pass the final guest list to our venue, who (shockingly) needs a real headcount and doesn’t accept “ish” as a valid number. If we do not receive your RSVP, Shawn or Kelsey will make the attempt to reach out once. If we do not hear from you after that we will assume that you unfortunately will not be able to join us on our special day.

We have a room block set up with the Comfort Inn! The hotel is conveniently located next door to the venue! However, we have listed other hotel options on the website as well. There are also a variety of Air BnB's nearby!

Just bring your dancing shoes, your best vibes, and maybe a light jacket if you’re the perpetually chilly type. We'll handle the rest—music, food, happy tears, and maybe a few surprises.
